Al-Nassr has parted ways with their head coach Luis Castro, the club announced it is unable to continue with the Portuguese manager.
Luis Castro after joining the club won the Arabs Club Champions Cup in 2023 and also achieved the Saudi Pro League Manager of the Month for September 2023.
The club statement read “Everyone at AlNassr would like to thank Luis and his staff for their dedicated work during the past 14 months, wishing them the best of luck for the future”.
“Al-Nasr Club has officially decided to terminate the contractual relationship with the first team coach, Mr. Luis Castro. We appreciate all the efforts he made with” victory and wish him success, a portion of the statement read.
The Saudi Pro League side is currently lying seventh on the league table with 5 points out of three games played, they attained two draws and one win.
