According to him, whiles the complainant was at the post in the constituency, her attention was drawn to a social media post claiming she was not in the constituency for the said exercise she was designated for. A move that prompted her Secretary to take pictures of her and other executives of the party including the constituency youth organiser of the party in a hotel having discussions on the roadmap of the exercise.

Mr. Dokli upon seeing the pictures copied them and posted them on WhatsApp platforms and Facebook, accompanied by an article that suggested that she was involved in a secret affair with the constituency youth organiser.
