Hon. Patrick Escu Xormenyɔ Agboyibor has called on residents and supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Akatsi South Constituency to take part in the party’s upcoming membership registration exercise.
The exercise is scheduled to run from March 1 to March 31, 2026, and will be conducted at the various polling stations where prospective members cast their votes.

Hon. Agboyibor said the initiative was aimed at strengthening the party’s grassroots structures and expanding its membership base within the constituency.
He encouraged sympathisers and individuals who share in the ideals and policies of the party to formally register in order to actively participate in its programmes and decision-making processes.
According to him, the registration process has been structured to ensure accessibility and convenience for all interested persons across the constituency.
Mr. Agboyibor disclosed that polling station executives and patrons of the party had called on him to serve as the party’s Constituency Chairman, a move he said reflected confidence in his leadership and commitment to the party.
He expressed confidence in his ability to lead the party effectively, stating that he possessed the experience and capacity required to strengthen unity, enhance grassroots mobilisation, and reposition the party in the constituency.
He reaffirmed his commitment to working with all party stakeholders to promote unity and ensure the party remained strong and competitive.
