A man believed to be 47 years of age identified as Efo Emma has been apprehended by Tuba police command for allegedly defiling a 3-year-old girl in Kuwait, a suburb in the Ga South Municipality.
Information gathered revealed that Efo Emma took the little girl to his room when the victim’s mother left for the market.
The report further indicates that one tenant in the house heard the victim crying in the suspect’s room and alerted others. Together, they barged into the suspect’s room.
The tenants saw the victim naked on the bed with her private part lubricated with oil suspected to have been applied for easy penetration.
According to the report, the suspect was also naked and had applied the same lubricant to his manhood which was standing up erect when they entered.
He was reported to the Tuba Police Station and subsequently arrested to assist with further investigation.
