What Students Should Know

  • WAEC described the 2025 WASSCE results release as “official,” indicating that school-candidates nationwide can now view their grades.
  • The results release paves the way for institutions, tertiary colleges, universities, vocational schools, to begin processing admissions or further placement for qualifying students.
  • WAEC advised all stakeholders to beware of fraudsters who falsely claim they can “upgrade” WASSCE results for a fee. Results are verifiable and secure through the official WAEC portal.

As thousands of students across Ghana await their academic fate, this long-anticipated release offers relief and opportunity, and begins the next chapter for many as they transition from senior high school to tertiary education or professional training.
